All submissions must be postmarked by 4/15/2018 and received by 4/30/2018.

Offer is only available to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia except CT and RI. Refund offer must be postmarked no later than April 15, 2018 and received by April 30, 2018. Void in CT and RI and where prohibited. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks for delivery of refund check.
