Free Biltong Sample
Biltong is a traditional South African meat snack cured naturally by air and hand seasoned with simple ingredients.
The curing process takes 10-18 days and occurs when the meat is still in its steakform. This allows the spices to infuse deep into the meat and gives biltong its signature tender texture.
